Jona
Steelman joined our staff in September 2001 as the practice manager.
She previously worked in the health insurance field for 6 years, and
brings a wealth of experience to our office. Originally from Union
Springs, her home is now Montgomery, with her husband, a Montgomery
police officer, and her daughter Anna Ruth. Jennifer Stevens, RN, joined our team in September of 2000. She is in her hometown, having graduated from Lee High School and Troy State University. She has had nine years experience on the pediatric floor at Baptist, and comes to us with a great deal of skill in working with both children and their parents. Besides enjoying her work, she also enjoys being a wife and mother of two sons, Harrison and Collin. Her husband, Jason, is also a Registered Nurse. Kathy Ward joined our staff in October 2002. She previously worked in the auto repair industry for 12 years. Kathy is originally from Montgomery, and she enjoys working in the children's ministry at church, and spending time with her husband, Kenny, and her two step children, Chelsea and Chance. Lita Billock joined our staff in February 2003 as a medical assistant. She previously had five years experience in the medical field. She currently lives in her hometown, Wetumpka with her husband, Russell, and her son Brody. Leslie Helms joined our front office staff in March 2008. After attending AUM, Leslie worked as a daycare teacher, and did general administrative work in several offices. She attends Vaughn Forest Church, where she is active in the Singles Ministry. Charlotte Meadows has worked in the office since the beginning assisting Dr. Meadows in setting up the office and then in administration. She graduated from Auburn University in the early 80's and received her MBA from South Alabama in 1989. She works part time hours in order to be home with their three children after school hours. She is currently a member of the Montgomery County Board of Education. |
